Your information
Once we set up your email inbox, we will email you the relevant information. This will include:

  1. Your email address (which is also your username)
  2. Your password
  3. Your incoming mail server and port
  4. Your outgoing mail server and port
  5. Your webmail login website address

Use the above information when setting up your emails on your phone, computer or devices. Please note, we offer basic email support for Apple devices but only provide links on how to set up email on Microsoft or Android devices.

Adding your email to iOS (and iCloud)
Note: Specific attributes of this tutorial may vary with future Apple product versions.

  1. Open System Preferences (Cogs Image)
  2. Tap Mail
  3. Tap Accounts
  4. Tap Add Account
  5. Tap ‘Other’ (usually the bottom option)
  6. Click Mail Account (usually the top option)
  7. Add your Name (this will appear on emails you send out
  8. Add your email address as per the information given to you above
  9. Add your password as per the information given to you above
  10. Add your own description (this is how your inbox will display in your mail app – only you will see this)
  11. Click Next (this may complete the process, but it is more likely that you will need to add the next bits of information manually
  12. Select IMAP from the top options
  13. Add your name, email and description as per before
  14. Add your Host Name (this is the same as your incoming mail server)
  15. Click next and your inbox will be added. You now need to configure your outgoing mail server
  16. Go back to Settings > Mail > Accounts and select the new account you have made
  17. Tap Outgoing Mail Server > SMTP
  18. Click Add Server
  19. Add your Host Name (this is the same as your incoming and outgoing server links from above), add your user name (your email address) and your password.
  20. Click save – you’re done!

Adding your email to Apple Mail (MacOS)
Note: Specific attributes of this tutorial may vary with future Apple product versions.

  1. Open System Preferences (Cogs Image)
  2. Click Internet Accounts
  3. Click Add Account
  4. Click ‘Add Other Account…’ (usually the bottom option)
  5. Click Mail Account
  6. Add your Name (this will appear on emails you send out
  7. Add your email address as per the information given to you above
  8. Add your password as per the information given to you above
  9. Add your own description (this is how your inbox will display in your mail app – only you will see this)
  10. Click Next (this may complete the process, but it is more likely that you will need to add the next bits of information manually
  11. Select IMAP from the top options
  12. Add your name, email and description as per before
  13. Add your Host Name (this is the same as your incoming mail server)
  14. Click next and your inbox will be added. You now need to configure your outgoing mail server
  15. Go back to Settings > Internet Accounts > Accounts and select the new account you have made
  16. Click Outgoing Mail Server > SMTP
  17. Click Add Server
  18. Add your Host Name (this is the same as your incoming and outgoing server links from above), add your user name (your email address) and your password.
  19. Click save – you’re done!

Adding Mailboxes to Other Software

While we don’t offer direct support for other software syncing, the main information will remain the same. You will need to find out how to add a new mail account to your software and use the similar sign-in information as above. I have also listed them below:

  • Username: (your email address)
  • Password: (your email password)
  • Server Address (as per above)
