1. Simply get in touch at billing@heartco.co.uk and we will be able to give you an up to date statement of outstanding invoices.
2. Please make payment on this statement ASAP. As soon as it is paid, our team will reactivate your account if possible.

In the case where there is outstanding hosting costs, in most cases we can reactivate your account as soon as payment has been made.

In the case of domain names, it may not be possible to regain your domain if it has expired – although we will do our best to obtain it back for you. 

In all cases, it is essential that we resolve the issue as quickly as possible to minimise impact on the website or actions that are irreversible. Please reach out as soon as possible.
