Why am I seeing this page?

Unfortunately payment for either your website hosting or domain names were not made by the due date. Don’t worry – this is something we will probably be able to fix. Simply get in touch at billing@heartco.co.uk and we will be able to give you an up to date statement of outstanding invoices.

In the case where there is outstanding hosting costs, we will be able to reactivate your account as soon as payment has been made. In the case of domain names, it may not be possible to regain your domain if it has expired although we will do the best we can to obtain it back for you. In all cases, it is essential that we resolve the issue as quickly as possible to minise impact on the website or actions that are irreversable. Please reach out as soon as possible.
