Adding Calendars to iOS (and iCloud)
Note: Specific attributes of this tutorial may vary with future Apple product versions.
- Open System Preferences (Cogs Image)
- Tap Calendar
- Tap Accounts
- Tap Add Account
- Tap Other
- Click Add CalDAV Account
- Server Address (replace YOURDOMAINHERE with your main email address extension, eg heartco.co.uk): https://mail.YOURDOMAINHERE:2080
- Username: (your email address)
- Password: (your email password)
- Description: (Up to you – this is what it will be labelled in your calendar app)
- Click Next (you may need to click this more than once
- This will add your calendar to your Apple Calendar app
Adding Calendars to MacOS

- Open Settings (Cogs Image)
- Click Internet Accounts (Blue icon with an @, usually)
- Click Add Other Account (at the very bottom)
- Click CalDAV
- Select Manual
- Username: (your email address)
- Password: (your email password)
- Server Address (replace YOURDOMAINHERE with your main email address extension, eg heartco.co.uk): https://mail.YOURDOMAINHERE:2080
- Click Sign In (you may need to click this more than once
- This will add your calendar to your Apple Calendar app
Adding Calendars to Other Software
While we don’t offer direct support for other software syncing, the main information will remain the same. You will need to find out how to add a CalDAV account to your software and use the similar sign-in information as above. I have also listed them below:
- Username: (your email address)
- Password: (your email password)
